Today, Chef Kristi Ritchey of Greenleaf Gourmet Chopshop shared with us some of her favorite summertime Greenleaf recipes using produce from the SOCO Farmers’ Market.
Greenleaf Gourmet Chopshop recently opened their fourth location at the SOCO in Costa Mesa on Monday, July 22nd, and serves nutritious, gourmet fare for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. The newest location features a juice bar, wine bar, on-site garden, and offers curbside pick-up and delivery.
The SOCO Farmers’ Market takes places every Saturday from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. at SOCO in Costa Mesa, and features locally grown produce, cage-free eggs, grass-fed beef, and more.
