Join Modani Furniture at its “Design & Dine” Networking Event at SOCO in Costa Mesa! The showroom will be yours to enjoy on Thursday, October 13, 2022 at 5:00 PM. Modani’s design consultants will be available to answer all questions. Wine and cheese will be served, and those who attend will get exclusive access to Modani Furniture collections and the company’s trade and referral programs.

Attendees will get the inside scoop on Modani’s new collection while networking with other guests. The brand’s modern furniture is created to honor the designs of the past while reflecting the wave of design future, and it’s newest collection is no exception!

for the fourth “Design & Dine” event of the year!

You’re Invited!

Come join us in the Famosa showroom at SOCO for an evening focused on the ultimate in kitchen inspiration — from surfaces to appliances to cabinets and overall design at our Design & Dine! On Thursday, September 29 from 5:30pm to 7:30pm, Famosa — the famed surface showroom —will host guests for an informative evening with a panel of experts discussing the latest in kitchen design. The cocktail-style gathering will feature light appetizers, beer, and wine. First introduced in May 2019, Design & Dine is a series of smaller, intimate design + food-focused events held inside showrooms throughout SOCO in Costa Mesa.

At the event, guests will hear from an esteemed and compelling panel, including:

Todd Huschka – Chief Creator at House of Huschka, a luxury kitchen, bath, closet, and furniture dealer based out of Newport Beach, where he leverages 25+ years of Custom Cabinet Craftsmanship, European Cabinetry Design, Technical Knowledge, Project Management and Luxury Installation Experience.

Annette Reeves – Advisor at PIRCH at SOCO, where she is an appliance, fixture, and surfaces specialist who helps homeowners, designers, architects, and builders tailor kitchen and bath spaces to look stunning without compromising functionality and livability.

Josiah Lily – Co-Founder of Famosa, a design studio focused on helping clients create amazing environments in their homes using the elements of tile and stone. Josiah possesses more than 25 years of experience in sourcing and installing the world’s most exquisite interior surfaces.

Attendees will have a chance to learn about the latest collections and trends from Italian design house Scavolini, with a special focus on ultra-bespoke closet design.
