Why do you love being at SOCO and/or what’s a favorite memory from your time at the center? I love holiday season!  Christmastime is my favorite, and I love seeing decorations and people getting into the holiday spirit. 

How did you get into the food/beverage industry? After dealing with some health issues, I found that kombucha, ginger beer, and bone broth helped me to overcome these health concerns and ultimately give me a happier / healthier lifestyle! 

Why are you passionate about what you do? I love bringing a product to the table that I know firsthand works and can help others that have also struggled with their health! 

What is your favorite store/restaurant at SOCO besides your own? I love Shuck Oyster Bar! They have the best oysters I’ve ever tried, and I’ve tried a lot of places! 

Anything else you’d like to say to the Costa Mesa community? Keep pushing through and support one another, because we will all get through this together! Also, don’t forget to take care of your health from the inside-out, and support your local businesses!
