Hands-On Cooking Class
Join us for an intensive evening of making and baking bread. In this hands-on workshop where you will learn how to make and bake fresh bread at home. Our Chef Instructor will walk you through making a starter and poolish and proper kneading techniques. You will also learn tips for proofing, shaping, and baking several types of bread. Create fragrant, crusty, hearty and delicious fresh bread… and then eat it! Make and Taste: Baguette, Pain de Epi, English Muffins, Ciabatta.
