Join Surfas as we create together, and you take home, a beautiful Bûche de Noël cake. Also known as a Yule Log, the Bûche de Noël is a beautiful and traditional French holiday cake. Our Chef Instructor will show you how to make a classic genoise, meringue mushrooms, and fluffy buttercream. You will also learn tips on how to decorate your Bûche to make it your very own. Take home a holiday cake for 8 guests, a cake board, and cake box. A new tradition to share with your friends and family, bring home a delicious Bûche de Noël.
