Easter Champagne Brunch

Enjoy a glass of cherry infused prosecco as our Chef Instructor teaches you how to segment citrus fruits, the proper technique for poaching eggs, and the secrets behind creamy hollandaise and creating a light coffee cake. Whether entertaining this Easter or searching for new breakfast ideas, these recipes are so good and simple you’ll use them all year long. Enjoy and create: Raspberry Sour Cream Coffee Cake, Candied Ginger Citrus Salad, Eggs Benedict with Asparagus and Citrus Hollandaise Sauce, Garden Hash Browns, Amarena Cherry Prosecco.
