Filled Pastas: Ravioli, Tortellini and Agnolotti

Creating filled pastas are easier than you think and immensely more delicious. Our Chef Instructor will show you how to create the perfect pasta dough and share tips and for rolling and shaping the perfect agnolotti, tortellini, and ravioli. You will also learn how to make tapenade, pesto, and velvety cream sauce with a twist. By the end of the class, you’ll wonder why you never tried this before! Enjoy a generous sampling of: Herbed Goat Cheese Agnolotti with Roasted Tomato Tapenade, Zucchini Artichoke Tortellini with Basil Pesto, Gorgonzola and Ricotta Ravioli with Walnut Cream Sauce, Fresh Pasta Dough.
