The Pastry School proudly presents Food & Wine – Summer Nights with Chef Stéphane Tréand & Chef Franck Riffaud. Just for this summer, starting on August 12th, 2016, you will have the rare opportunity to eat and drink with Chef Stéphane Tréand and Chef Franck Riffaud. Each unique event will feature 3 different mini pastries paired with 3 different types of wine. The mini pastries will be made and designed by Chef Stéphane Tréand and Chef Franck Riffaud.
