Toddlers and Feeding….What to Expect
In this class, you will learn:
- Normal toddler eating patterns
- Navigating sweets
- What to do with a picky eater in the house
- How to raise healthy eaters
- Is it okay to ‘hide’ vegetables
- Toddler nutrition needs
About the teacher
Katie Bartels, MS, RD is a registered dietitian in Costa Mesa who specializes in treating adolescents with eating disorders. After having her first baby in May of 2011, Katie has become passionate about infant and toddler feeding with the goal of preventing childhood eating and weight issues.
Cost/Registration
Cost is $15 for the one hour workshop including handout and a Q&A session. Registration is required. Children are welcomed in our classes/events.
