Mixing Glass: Gin: History, Application and What’s New

January 26, 2017 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Gin: History, Application and What's New

Thursday // January 26th, 2016
7pm // $75 per person
Gin has seen the resurgence it deserved in the last decade. Once the most popular spirit in the US, it stooped so low that in 2005 there were only 5 major brands left. That is quite the contrast to the 100’s that grace the shelves of bars all around the country today. From the popularity of the Spanish Gin Tonic to the classic martini, we will cover it all. Join us for an evening of cocktails, history and a tasting of what some newer brands are wowing us with today.
Dinner will be served by the fantastic George Mosa, so come hungry and thirsty!

Space is limited to 40 people. Sign up online by clicking HERE or in store. Spots will be saved upon receipt of payment. In the event that you cannot attend, classes are refundable (if cancelled 48 hours prior to class time). Credits will no longer be offered. No refunds will be granted for no-shows. Wait list will be filled on a first come, first served manner.

Thank you to Inspire Artistic Minds! Without this amazing charity, these events would not be possible. 10% of sales made on the day of class will go directly to their cause. Check them out at http://inspireartisticminds.org
