Join us for a Parisian Steakhouse experience complete with delicious, yet simple, classic French recipes. Your Chef Instructor will guide you through a variety of classic techniques including creating a vinaigrette and a creamy custard. You will also learn the secret to crispy pommes anna, how to make delicious pan sauce, and tips for searing a steak to perfection. Enjoy “très bien” French cooking while learning valuable techniques. Create and taste: Frisee and Apple Salad with Champagne Vinaigrette, Pan Seared Strip Steak with Cabernet Chanterelles, Haricots Verts with Crispy Shallots and Herbs de Provence, Pommes Anna, Classic Crème Brûlée.
