Pies, Tarts, and Galettes

Either sweet or savory, a perfectly prepared pie or tart is a wonderful treat and easier than you think. Our Chef Instructor will share tips and techniques for making flaky pie and tart dough (Pate Brisee) every time. You will then use your dough to form and fold pies, tarts, and galettes. You will also learn how to carmelize onions, roast garlic, and create chocolate cookie crust. Join us in this hands-on class and learn how tasty pies, tarts, and galettes can be! Create and Taste: Double-Crust Apple Pie, Salted Caramel Chocolate Tart, Sweet Potato Galette with Caramelized Onions and Creamy Feta, Pate Brisee, Chocolate Cookie Crust.
