SURFAS: 2-Day Classic French Desserts

In this 2-day, hands-on cooking class we will create delicious delectable’s worthy of a French Patisserie. Plus we will concentrate on traditional techniques that made the French famous for their desserts. Join us and learn the secrets behind Parisian Macarons, Pâte â Choux, and Soufflés. We will also discover how to make homemade caramel, lemon curd, and pastry cream. In addition we will learn the basics behind baked custards, puff pastry, delicate madeleines, and piping techniques. This 2-day class is easier than you think and will taste better than you can imagine! Create and taste: Vanilla Latte Parisian Macarons, Chocolate Glazed Éclairs, Pâte â Choux, Caramel Apple Tart Tatin, Classic Crème Brulee, Meyer Lemon Soufflé, French Madeleines, Vanilla and Espresso French Pastry Cream, Lemon Curd. Cost is just $150! *please note this is 2 3-1/2 hour classes.
