Surfas: 2-Day Holiday Favorites Cooking Camp for Ages 12 to 17 [Day 2]

Bring in your future chefs for 2 fun-filled days of holiday cooking! In this hands-on class our Chef Instructor will teach your teens how to create some of our favorite holiday dishes. They will learn how to split, truss, roast, and slice a turkey breast. They will also make apple sauce, gravy, and fresh pasta from scratch. We will even show them how to stuff and fold dessert tamales. Not to be missed, this cooking camp is for ages 12 to 17 and perfect for those who love to cook and are looking for a challenge.
