Join Surfas as we create delicious dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients with a foodie flare. You will learn techniques for pickling, blanching, and making ganache. Your Chef Instructor will also show you how to create an emulsion for a vinaigrette and the secrets behind crispy duck breast. Foodies of the world unite… for supper!
