Surfas: Bûche de Noël: Make, Bake, and Take

Join Surfas as we create together, and you take home, a beautiful Bûche de Noël cake. Also know as a Yule Log, the Bûche de Noël is a beautiful and traditional French holiday cake. Our Chef Instructor will show you how to make a classic genoise, meringue mushrooms, and fluffy buttercream. You will also learn tips on how to shape and decorate your Bûche to make it your very own. Take home a holiday cake for 8 guests, a cake board, and cake box. A new tradition to share with your friends and family, bring home a delicious Bûche de Noël. Create and take home: Bûche de Noël (Yule Log), Classic Genoise, Espresso Buttercream, Dark Chocolate Spray, Meringue Mushrooms.
