Surfas: Christmas Candy, Chocolate & Confections

With the help of our Chef Instructor, we’ll take the mystery out of marshmallows, share the secrets of boiling sugar, and give tips on tempering chocolate for holiday bark. Perfect for entertaining and gifts, these recipes are as delicious as you imagine and easier to make than you think. Enjoy and create: Chocolate Peppermint Bark, Cocoa Nib Dark Chocolate Caramels, White Chocolate Eggnog Truffles, Cinnamon Spice Marshmallows.
