Surfas: Cooking with Beer

In this hands-on cooking class we will uncover the best way to enhance a dish and add new depths of flavor… add beer! Our Chef Instructor will share tips on creating a rich onion stock, frying fish and potatoes to perfections, and baking with beer. You will also learn how to cook with and pair several types of beer including ale, stout, porter, and more. Join us for an evening cooking and “eating” beer! Create and taste: Porter and Onion Soup with Blue Cheese, Ale Battered Fish and Chips, Apple Mustard Drunken Slaw, Chocolate Stout Cupcakes with Mascarpone Frosting. Tickets are $65 per person.
