Enjoy an evening of bold flavors inspired by cozy French bistro cooking. Our Chef Instructor will teach you tips and techniques for cooking with lentils, creating a vinaigrette from scratch, frying delicate shallots, and the secrets behind creamy rice pudding. This cold weather menu will be a comforting family favorite when it’s chilly outside. Create and Taste: Golden Beet and French Lentil Salad with Honey-Dijon Vinaigrette, Tarragon and Cognac Chicken Gratin, Haricots Verts with Crispy Shallots, Crème Fraiche and Fig Rice Pudding.
