SURFAS: Decadent Donuts

Whether they are baked or fired, yeast or cake… homemade donuts are delicious! In this class our Chef Instructor will share techniques on creating yeast doughs, flavorful cake doughnuts, and frying both. You will also learn tips on creating a perfect pate a choux and versatile glazes. Join us for 3 1/2 hours of sinful indulgence as we mix, fry, and glaze decadent donuts! Create and taste: Original Glazed, Maple Bacon Doughnuts, Chocolate French Crullers, Zeppole (Italian Ricotta and Mascarpone Doughnut).*Please note this is a 3 1/2 hour class
