Surfas: Festive Hors d’oeuvre

Join us for festive appetizers and hors d’oeuvres perfect for any soiree. These elegant starters are as easy as they are impressive. Your Chef Instructor will share plenty of do-ahead tips and stress-free advice to help you enjoy your own party. You will also learn techniques for making your own aioli and cheese sauce, creating cream puffs, and working with puff pastry and foie gras. Welcome holiday entertaining with delicious Festive Hors d’oeuvres! Enjoy a generous tasting of: Mini Crab Cakes with Ancho Chili Aioli and Apple-Pomegranate Relish, Truffle Macaroni and Cheese Bites, Baked Brie with Hazelnuts and Cranberry Chutney, Foie Gras Mousse and Balsamic Fig Tart, Salted Caramel Profiteroles with Chocolate Sauce.
