Surfas: Fettuccini, Linguini and Tortellini

Join Surfas as we learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch. Our chef instructor will first show you how to create the perfect pasta dough by hand, which will be the base for rolled and filled pastas. Then you’ll create 3 sauces to pair with your handmade noodles and tortellini. There’s nothing more delicious than fresh pasta and making it yourself is much easier than you think! Make and enjoy: Fettuccini with Beef and Mushroom Bolognese, Linguini with Asparagus, Lemon and Pine Nuts, Chicken and Prosciutto filled Tortellini with Roasted Red Pepper Alfredo Sauce.
