SURFAS: Fresh Italian Cheeses

See how easy it is to make fresh Italian cheeses and then use them in recipes. Our Chef Instructor will teach you the basics for making homemade ricotta, mascarpone, and hand pulled mozzarella cheese. Next, create 2 delicious recipes using your freshly made ingredients. Create and taste: Creamy Mascarpone – Mascarpone and Spinach Spaghetti with Meyer Lemon and Hazelnuts – Buttermilk Ricotta – Butternut Squash and Spinach Lasagna with Fresh Ricotta and Mozzarella – Hand Pulled Mozzarella.
