Surfas: Hands-On Cooking Class Gastropub Grub

Gastropub grub has turned typical bar food into gourmet delights. Join us as our Chef Instructor shares tips for creating this delicious trend at home. You will learn how to make a twist on aioli and tzatziki sauce, bake flavorful wings, and broil dates. You will also learn entertaining tips for serving these favorites at your next party. Create and taste: “Tater Tots” with Tomato Chipotle Aioli – Smokey Blue Cheese and Marcona Almond Stuffed Dates – Albóndigas con Azafrán (Meatballs in Saffron Tomato Sauce) – Harissa Lamb Sliders with Creamy Feta Tzatziki – Green Curry Hot Wings.
