Spend an evening indulging in delicious and seasonal Italian flavors. In this hands-on class your Chef Instructor will share tips on grilling fish , sautéing fresh vegetables, and creating a creamy bean puree.  You will also learn how to make a creamy lemon tart with a pine nut crust. Perfect for summer entertaining or sharing, invite someone special to Dinner in Italy!

Enjoy a generous tasting  of:

Fresh Mozzarella, Prosciutto and Arugula

Sea Bass with Citrus Gremolata and Cannellini Bean Puree

Wilted Garlic Rappini with Lemon

Torta Della Nonna (Lemon Tart with Pine Nuts)
