Surfas: Hands-On Cooking Class Chocolate and Candy Making

Join Surfas for a fun and informative class focusing on everyone’s favorite ingredients, sugar and chocolate! Our Chef Instructor will share techniques for tempering chocolate, creating a salted caramel, making marshmallows and creating rich ganache. You will also learn secrets for working with chocolate and tips on making creamy ice cream. Create and Taste: Blueberry and Cream Truffles – Chocolate-Dipped Strawberry Lemonade Marshmallows – Crystallized Ginger, Pear and Pecan Chocolate Bark – Salted Caramel Toffee Ice Cream. This class is just as delicious as you can imagine and easier to create than you think. Tickets are $65 per person.
