Surfas: Hands-On Cooking Class ‘Dinner in Italy’

Spend an evening indulging in delicious and seasonal Italian flavors. In this hands-on class your Chef Instructor will share tips on grilling fish and apricots, sautéing fresh vegetables, and creating a creamy bean puree. You will also learn how to make a creamy lemon tart with a pine nut crust. Enjoy and generous sampling of: Grilled Apricots with Fresh Burrata, Prosciutto and Arugula – Sea Bass with Citrus Gremolata and Cannellini Bean Puree – Wilted Garlic Rappini with Lemon – Torta Della Nonna (Lemon Tart with Pine Nuts).
