Surfas: Hands-On Cooking Class Easy and Gourmet Weeknight Dinners

You don’t have to spend all day in the kitchen to eat deliciously. Our Chef Instructor will show you how to create 4 easy, yet gourmet meals in no time. You will also learn time-saving techniques you can apply to a variety of dishes. Enjoy and generous tasting of: Ricotta Cannelloni with Fresh Spinach and Chanterelles – Grilled Gremolata Lamb Chops with Cannellini Beans and Artichokes – Prosciutto-Wrapped Chicken Breasts with Asparagus Pesto – Halibut ‘en Papillote with Orange, New Potatoes, and Saffron. Enjoy the last of the warm weather together around the table, not working away in the kitchen!
