Surfas: Hands-On Cooking Class End of Summer Steakhouse Grill

Celebrate the end of summer with a steakhouse dinner full of seasonal ingredients.  Our Chef Instructor will share tips for grilling fruit and vegetables, sautéing wild mushrooms, and cooking steak perfectly. You will also learn how make a homemade vinaigrette and shortcakes from scratch. Enjoy a generous tasting of: Grilled Apricot and Arugula Salad with Pistachios and Goat Cheese – Wild Mushrooms with Fresh Thyme and Cream – Grilled Rib-Eye Steaks with Asparagus, Lemon, and Rosemary – Almond Buttermilk Shortcakes with Blueberries and Vanilla Crème Fraiche.
