Surfas: Hands-On Cooking Class Global Street Food

Join Surfas for a culinary tour of the best food trucks, carts, and kiosks from around the world! Our Chef Instructor will introduce you to south-of-the-border favorites, Indian pastries, and French crepes.  You will also learn how to make several salsas, sauces, and chutneys. Create and taste: Mexican Elote (Street Corn on the Cob) – Indian Samosas with Mint Chutney (Fried Potato and Pea Dumplings) -Vietnamese Gỏi cuốn with Peanut Sauce (Shrimp Spring Rolls) – South American Sanduches de Chancho with Salsa Criolla and Cilantro Cotija Sauce (Street Pork Sandwiches) – French Nutella Crepes. Hone your skills and explore the global tastes of street food, no passport required.
