Surfas: Hands-on Cooking Class Gourmet Vegetarian Cuisine

Enjoy the freshest flavors of the season while making gourmet and satisfying vegetarian meals. Your Chef Instructor will share tips for cooking bulgur, whipping egg whites, and making gnocchi with ricotta cheese. You will also learn how to grill vegetables, make a versatile tomato sauce, and fry chilies. Create and taste: Cheesy Chile Rellenos – Bulgur Tabbouleh Salad with Spring Herbs – Ricotta Gnocchi with San Marzano Tomato Sauce – Cauliflower Steaks with Tahini and Lemon. With this variety of tasty dishes, delicious enough for a main meal, your family will eat their veggies and ask for more! Tickets are $65 per person.
