Surfas: Hands-On Cooking Class Summer Sunday Supper

Gather together for a delicious supper featuring the flavors of summer. Our Chef Instructor will share tips for crispy fried chicken, creating a versatile and cream dressing, and grilling summer vegetables. You will also learn how to marinate chicken, make homemade lemon curd, and create a sponge cake from scratch. Enjoy a generous tasting of: Buttermilk Fried Chicken – Fingerling Potato Salad with Creamy Herb Dressing – Grilled Asparagus with Blood Orange Olive Oil – Lemon Curd Sponge Cake with Fresh Blueberries.
