Surfas: Hands-On Cooking Class Sweet Summer Desserts

Enjoy summer sweetly with Surfas! Our Chef Instructor will share trusted techniques for making flavorful sorbet, fluffy sponge cake, and a rich caramel sauce with coconut and rum. You will also learn tips for grilling and baking fruit, creating pastry cream, and a flaky pie crust. Create and taste: Peach and Amaretto Sorbet with Basil and Amaretti Cookies – Sponge Cake Trifle with Fresh Strawberries and Grand Marnier – Blueberry and Apricot Galette with Vanilla Bean Sugar – Grilled Pineapple Skewers with Coconut Rum Caramel Sauce. Perfect for entertaining and easier than you think, these recipes are so good you will eat dessert first!
