In this class Chef Sharon will be leading us on a tour around the farmers market we are lucky enough to have right in our very own parking lot. Sharon will give us endless amounts of information on how to get the most out of a visit to your local farmers market. We will be celebrating the time of year with a wonderful warming menu. We be picking out praticualr vegetables to make our wonderful menu. In class you will learn how to make a easy and wonderful appetizer, learn how to make a traditional dish in a new not so traditional type of way. We will be jumping on the trend of making yummy noodles in new and fresh gluten free type of way. Finish off your yummy meal with a delicious stone fruit dessert, that will you have you celebrating fall.
