Surfas: Holiday Cookie Workshop

Who doesn’t love fresh cookies from the oven? Join Surfas as we roll, scoop, and bake several types of cookies. Your Chef Instructor will show you how to cream dough, double bake biscotti, and make royal icing from scratch. You will also learn how to correctly temperature and pour sugar. Perfect for gift giving to loved ones or yourself, this class as delicious as it sounds! Create and taste: Vanilla Bean Sugar Cookies with Royal Icing, Chocolate and Ancho Chile Crackle Cookie, Nutella Biscotti, Stained Glass Ornament Cookies.
