Surfas: Intimate Thanksgiving Cooking Class

Just because you are cooking for a small crowd doesn’t mean you have to give up big flavor.  In this class we will learn how to butterfly and truss a turkey breast, prepare stuffing and gravy from scratch, and the secrets behind perfect crème brûlée .  You will also learn both formal and informal table settings to prepare you for the big day.
