SURFAS: Italian Spring Supper

Create a delicious supper using Spring’s best ingredients with an Italian twist. Our Chef Instructor will share tips for grilling salmon, sautéing fresh vegetables, and making panna cotta from scratch. You will also learn how to make a fresh compote and a creative variation to pesto. Enjoy a generous taste of: Wild Mushroom Crostini with Prosciutto and Fresh Burrata – Grilled Salmon with Spring Pea and Mint Pesto – Citrus Asparagus with Pancetta, Leeks and Pignolias- Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta with Strawberry Rhubarb Compote and Basil Oil.
