Join Surfas as we dive deep into a few different cooking techniques, we will be talking about the different techniques and making recipes with a different focus on a cooking method. The chef will teach you how to get a perfect sear on scallops and talk about how to achieve a great sear on any protein as well. Learn how to make the most mouth-watering chicken possible and learn why roasting allows for such a amazing chicken and skin. Master the art of grilling veggies and pick up tips on how to grill anything and how to maintain your gas grill or grill pans. Even though it can get messy, frying is such a good technique for so many things, learn how to neatly and safely fry at home.

Seared Scallops with lemon and capers

Roasted Chicken with garlic and fresh herbs

Grilled marinated eggplant and zucchini

Fried stuffed zucchini blossoms
