Join Surfas for an indulgent class all about Latin American desserts. Chef Alexa will guide you through some of her favorite childhood sweets. In this class we will learn how to perfect the well known Tres Leches cake. We will make shortbread sandwiches with a mouth-watering tres leches filling. To top it all of we will be making brigadeiros, which are traditional Brazilian Truffles. Create and taste: Tres Leches Cake (Spain and all over Latin America), Alfojores (Short bread cookie sandwiches with tres leches filling from Peru), Brigadeiros (Traditional Brazilian Truffles).
