Join Surfas as we learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch! Our chef instructor will first show you how to create the perfect pasta dough by hand. Next, you will learn multiple variations and shapes for your dough including linguini, fettuccine, and pappardelle. Finally, you will also create 3 quick yet delicious sauces to pair with your freshly made noodles. There’s nothing more delicious than fresh pasta, and making it yourself is much easier than you think! Enjoy a generous tasting of: Pappardelle with Cherry Tomatoes, Mozzarella, and Arugula, Fettuccine Carbonara with Guanciale, Linguini with Mint Pea Pesto and Pancetta, Fresh Pasta Dough.
