Surfas: More Canning and Preserving: End of Summer Workshop

Save the flavors of summer to enjoy all year long in our 2nd, end of summer workshop. In this hands-on class, our Chef Instructor will teach you how to create best jam, relish, and pickled vegetables. You will also learn step by step canning basics and how to customize recipes at home. Plus, you will be able to take home a few jars as well. Create and taste: Sweet Strawberry Jam – Summer Corn, Bell Pepper, and Onion Relish – Vanilla Blackberry Jam – Spicy Pickled Carrots. Perfect for gifting or treating your family, saving your favorite seasonal ingredients is easier than you think! Tickets are $65 per person.
