Hands-On Cooking Class
Join Surfas as we celebrate the beautiful flavors of Moroccan cooking. In this class we will learn how to cook with a tagine and how to take care of your tagine. We will be making a simple snack with some of Morocco’s cooking star ingredients harrisa and olives. We will learn how to properly use Ras el Hanout and the story behind it. Come join the fun as we make amazing meal using lovely spices and ton of flavor. We will be making a wonderful dessert but just using three simple ingredients. Don’t miss this culinary adventure, it will be worth all your hard work. Create and taste: Mixed Olives with Harissa and Preserved Lemons, Couscous with Harvest Veggies, Chicken Tagine with Onions, Honey and Mint, Dates Stuffed with Honeyed Almonds.
