In this two-part series our Chef Instructor will show you how to prepare several types of fish by baking, pan frying, searing, grilling and poaching. Demystify cooking fish at home with 10 delicious and easy to prepare recipes. In this 1st class of the series you will learn how to bake a whole sea bass in a salt dome, grill tuna on skewers, create crispy salmon skin, pan fry snapper, and poach halibut in a green curry broth. In this 2nd class of the series you will learn how to bake a fish on a salt-slab, grill fish for tacos, steam fish perfectly “en papillote”, crust a fish in nuts, and how to perfectly fry fish and chips. You will also learn discover on how to select fresh and sustainable seafood every time. Join us and see how easy it is to properly cook fish and create a meal everyone will love. Enjoy and Create – Day 1: Salt Crusted Whole Seabass with Lemons and Leeks, Mango Ginger Grilled Tuna, Crispy Salmon with Fresh Corn, Spinach and Tomatoes, Thai Chile Crispy Snapper, Poached Green Curry Halibut. Enjoy and Create – Day 2: Salt-Slab Baked Salmon, Grilled Fish Tacos with Chipotle Cream Sauce, Seabass ‘En Papillote with Saffron and Orange, Pecan Crusted Halibut with Blackberry Salsa, Fish and Chips.
