Surfas: Preserving Summer: Canning Workshop

Save the flavors of summer to enjoy all year long. In this hands-on class, our Chef Instructor will teach you how to create best jam, jelly, preserves, and pickled vegetables. You will also learn step by step canning basics and how to customize recipes at home. Create and taste: Orange Plum Marmalade – Peach Almond Jam – Pickled Asparagus – Plum Tomato and Basil Preserves. Plus, you will be able to take home a few jars as well. Perfect for gifting or treating your family, saving your favorite seasonal ingredients is easier than you think!
