SURFAS: Seasonal Dinner Table

Celebrate a seasonal dinner table even in winter. Join us and we explore winter’s harvest of fruits and vegetables in a delicious, gourmet meal. You Chef Instructor will share tips on grilling fruit, poaching fish, and creating a creamy risotto. You will also learn how to make a flaky pie crust and tips for choosing fresh, local ingredients. Bring the farm to the table and enjoy a generous tasting of: Grilled Persimmons with Mascarpone and Candied Ginger, Poached Salmon with Fennel, Blood Oranges, and Leeks, Risotto alla Milanese (Risotto with Parmesan and Saffron), Maple Apple and Pear Crostata.
