SURFAS: Southern Brunch Favorites

Hands-On Cooking Class


In this class we will learn how to master the art of making mouth-watering Southern Brunch Favorites like fried green tomatoes, and a spicy sauce to go with it. Learn how to make perfect cheesy grits and perfectly sautéed shrimp to go with it. Learn how to turn the left over coffee of the day into mouth-watering gravy to top our ham steak off with. To end on a sweet note, we will make a very traditional bananas foster to top a very moist and tender pain pedru. Enjoy a generous tasting of: Fried Green Tomatoes with a Spicy Sauce, Grilled Ham Steak with Red Eye Gravy, Shrimp and Grits, Bananas Foster Pain Pedru.
