SURFAS: Southern Supper

The flavors of the South are always a favorite on a warm evening. In this hands-on class, our Chef Instructor will show you how to bake chicken and pasta perfectly. You will also learn how to make a glaze, create a classic béchamel sauce, and tips for creating an upsdie down cake. Easier than you think and more delicious than you can imagine, this menu will soon become your favorite.
