Hands-On Cooking Class
Join Surfas as we celebrate some of New England’s favorite dishes. The chef will guide you in making some delicious staples of one of our favorite food regions. You will learn the secrets behind making a sinful lobster roll and how to take fresh seasonal ingredients and make mouth watering stuffed clams. Learn the secrets to drawn butter and learn how to use all kinds of flavors. We will be taking some of Vermont’s finest maple syrup and making a fun sweet treat, whoopie pie that’s not only delicious but fun to say. You will be learning how to prepare seafood at home and where are the best places to buy fresh seafood locally. Wow your friends with a stunning chowder that will make it appear like you were slaving away at home all day.
