SURFAS: Spring Dinner Party

Join Surfas as we enjoy spring’s freshest fruits and vegetables in a delicious gourmet meal. Our Chef Instructor will show you techniques for grilling meats and vegetables, working with fava beans, and creating creamy rhubard curd. We’ll also share ideas for using local and seasonal ingredients while preparing a delicious meal perfect for entertaining friends and family. Make and taste: Spring Corn and Fava Bean Salad, Grilled Gremolata Lamb Chops with Balsamic Artichokes, Fresh Herb and Mascarpone Polenta, Rhubarb Curd and Thyme Butter Cookies.
