SURFAS: Spring Ravioli

Creating homemade pasta and ravioli is easier than you think and immensely more delicious. Our Chef Instructor will show you how to create the perfect pasta dough and share tips and for rolling and shaping perfect pasta dough and ravioli. You will also learn how to make a variety of seasonal fillings to pair with a tomato, brown butter, and cream sauce. By the end of the class, you’ll wonder why you never tried this before! Create and taste: Asparagus and Tarragon Ravioli, Wine and Mushroom Cream Sauce, Fresh Corn and Goat Cheese Ravioli, Brown Butter Sauce with Lemon, Lamb Ravioli with Spring Peas and Mint, San Marzano Tomato Sauce.
